Update: (8:40PM Nov 2nd):  I was walking home to my building and humming a fancy tune.  My cat heard me and started crying for my attention.  She was on some woman’s balcony.  She is sleeping on my lap as I type this.  Stupid cat.  She’s safe at home now.  All is well…
